“I give [ _____ $ ] or [ _____ (all or %) of the residue of my estate] to Richmond Hospital Foundation, charitable registration number 11911 8883 RR0001, of 7000 Westminster Highway, Richmond, British Columbia V6X 1A2, in support of _____. If the Foundation’s Board of Directors decide, in their discretion, that unforeseen circumstances make the specific use of this gift no longer practical or desirable, the Foundation’s Board of Directors is authorized to apply this gift to other purposes that the Foundation’s Board of Directors decides conform as much as possible to the spirit and intent of this gift.”
