On May 13, Richmond Hospital Foundation welcomed milestone donors to the Community Cares Celebration—an evening dedicated to recognizing the individuals and organizations whose generosity strengthens health care in Richmond.

Together, we honoured supporters whose leadership and philanthropy help ensure local care teams have the resources they need to deliver exceptional, compassionate care to our community.

Community Cares Award Presented to Angela Fok

The Community Cares Award recognizes a recipient whose leadership brings people together across Richmond’s diverse communities. Each year, the award celebrates someone who inspires others to give and helps build a culture of generosity in support of local health care.

Angela Fok exemplifies that leadership.

Since 2016, Angela has been a devoted supporter of Richmond Hospital Foundation, contributing both personally and through her business. Her support has included event sponsorships, donation matching, and creating opportunities for clients and community members to learn how they can give back and make a meaningful impact.

“Richmond Hospital is my hospital,” Angela says. “It’s where my family, my clients, my staff, and my community turn when care is needed. Money is worth how well you spend it. When you use it to support a good cause, its value multiplies.”
