Mr. Rick Watmough’s Memorial Fundraiser
In our hearts a memory is kept, of ones we loved and will never forget.
Rick left us on January 26, 2024. Rick was a warrior; he left us far too soon after a courageous 5 month long battle during his lengthy stay at Richmond General Hospital.
Rick was a man with a warm smile, a huge heart and a crazy sense of humour. Rick was adored by his wife Lynda and by his three children Jane Inkster (Chris), Paul Watmough (Cara), Ellie Durante (Bruce), and Rick’s stepson Jory Levitt (Stacey). Rick was also a loving grandfather to his nine grandchildren Jacob and Max Watmough, Callum, Ellie and Charlie Inkster, Mitchell and Sara Durante and Aliya and Gabi Levitt. Ricks mischievous eyes and cute smile will be missed by all who loved him.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Richmond General Hospital to the Rick Watmough Memorial Fund would be gratefully accepted.
The care that Rick received during his 5 month stay at the Richmond Hospital, first in ICU then in 2 South was second to none; this made Ricks recovery much easier on Rick as well as the whole family visiting daily. A special thanks to Dr Sampath, Dr Justin Wong and Dr Haljan as well as the many nurses for their dedication and care of Rick during his hospital stay.
Those who touch our lives stay in our hearts forever.
