Payroll Payoff is a 50/50 lottery for full and part time Richmond Hospital employees.

Rules & Regulations
- Only regular employees (full and part-time) are eligible to play. Volunteers, and contract workers are prohibited from playing by BC Gaming Commission rules. Foundation employees are also not eligible.
- As stated by Canada Revenue Agency rules, 50/50 payments are not eligible for a tax receipt.
- Cash prizes are determined by the number of entries into the raffle. The average Payday Payoff prize is over $500.
- The winning ticket is chosen by a random draw.
- The draw is held every pay day at noon in the Atrium of the Westminster Health Centre. If a holiday falls on the Friday, the draw will be held on the following Monday or Tuesday.
- The name of winner will be distributed to through a Richmond Hospital site-wide email and posted on The Richmond Hospital Foundation’s message board. The message board is located outside the foundation office, across from Admitting.
- Winners will be contacted directly by phone or email.
- Tickets may be sold and purchased only in British Columbia.
