Thank you to Richmond Garden Club for fundraising $2,000 in support of Richmond Hospital from the 2017 Garden Tour on June 17 in partnership with the City of Richmond. Proceeds from ticket sales were generously donated to Richmond Hospital Foundation in support of local health care.

Cray-cyled was a student-led venture that created zero waste crayon packages. Their year-long efforts resulted in a $2,000 donation and crayon packages for the pediatric unit.

Thank you Cobs Bread - Blundell Centre!

On June 3rd, Cobs Bread - Blundell Centre hosted a bake sale and BBQ in support of Westwind Elementary School's fundraising initiative for Richmond Hospital Foundation.  

The delicious BBQ and bake sale successfully raised a total of $550, adding to Westwind Elementary School's growing grand total.

2016 Grind for the Mind

Grind 2016

The AMPRI Group hosted its fourth annual Grind for the Mind, a fundraising event in support of Mental Health Services at Richmond Hospital on September 11, 2016. More than 189 participants hiked Grouse Mountain and raised $110,000, which will be added to the $370,000 already raised for the innovative Family-Centred Model of Care at Richmond Hospital.

On March 6, 2016, Ryan Wang, one of Canada's famous piano young talent has made his first stop in Vancouver for his music concert tour.  When he was 5, he performed at The Ellen DeGeneres Show and at New York's prestigous Carnegie Hall with his outstanding talent.  A generous donation of $6,500 was given to Richmond Hospital Foundation, thanks to Iris Wang, the mother of Ryan, for organizing a successful event and directing ticket sale proceeds to help support the purchase of a fetal monitor at Richmond Hospital.

The Ampri Group hosted the third annual Grind for the Mind, a fundraising event in support of Mental Health Services at Richmond Hospital on September 12, 2015. More than 130 participants hiked Grouse Mountain and raised $70,000, which will go towards helping establish a patient-and family-centered model of care for mental health at Richmond Hospital. This model will be the first of its kind in the province. Watch a video that was created to capture some great moments of our participants and speakers during the event and please join us next year once again!
