Closed Eyes Sing-Leg Stance Challenge  (CESS)

Objective:

To enhance better body balance and posture; To raise funds to Richmond Hospital Foundation

Procedure:

1) Choose a safe place with no obstruction
2) Give one minute to practice the balance before starting the challenge
3)
 Close both your eyes and raise one of your legs for at least 10 seconds
4)
 The challenge ends when the elevated leg touches the ground or the participant hops or loses their balance position.

Period

From October 1st, 2019 to November 30th, 2019

Successful Participants

Please help to challenge 10 or more people through social media and your contacts.

***Person being challenged is encouraged to response within 48 hours***

To make the event more meaningful, a certificate will be presented to the longest closed eyes single-leg stance. (please submit your video to cesschallenge@gmail.com by December 15, 2019)
